HalbCraft - Extra Items

Fixed the Wind Staff: no longer works when durability is used up.

Added the Umbrella!

• Umbrellas can be crafted with Phantom Membrane, a Lightning rod and a string.
• They grant the user slow falling when they open it in the air. (Clicking the item again closes the umbrella)
• Once the duration is depleted or the player is landing on the ground, the umbrella will close.
