Changes / Additions

• Added new 'Witch Factor' entity and values
  • These will drop from players if the new config, "loseWitchFactorOnDeath" is true
  • They will automatically seek the player with the highest compatibility for it's sin
  • It can only be absorbed on touch by the player it's actively targeting
• Added new "Sage's Box" item, this can be used to capture Witch Factors
  • This allows you to bypass the targeting requirement, and forcibly obtain the Witch Factor/Authority
  • Crafted with an ender chest surrounded by bones (temp)
• Added new command argument /rezero authority (player) (sin) witchfactor (true/false)
  • Will automatically be true if given the authority through commands
• Added new 'main' config file, for general gameplay options
• Added new config, 'singleAuthorityHolder'
  • While active, only one player/entity in the world can hold the Witch Factor for an authority at any given moment
  • This does NOT affect the Authority after it's gained, only the Witch Factors are affected by this, intended for hardcore usage
• Mobs can now have sin compatibility values, and obtain or even spawn with Witch Factors
  • Fully configurable, but this allows Witch Factors & their Authorities to be obtained in survival mode
  • By default, only Villagers, Illagers, and Zombies can obtain or spawn with Witch Factors
• Mobs can now obtain AND use authorities, after obtaining the Witch Factor
• Added a new Sage Candidate value, this determines if a player can have multiple Witch Factors at once
  • If false, Witch Factor entities will ignore you, and you can only obtain the one authority
• Added back Dragon Sword Reid
  • Can be used to block attacks, including attacks that are typically unblockable
  • Cannot be destroyed in any way, and cannot be broken or enchanted
  • Can only be unsheathed against worthy opponents
