• GUI Scaling not working properly, resulting in going go off at 3 GUI Scaling.

•  Upgrade and Detail Dialog (Multi-Structure Manager UI) now are centered in the screen.

Notes

GUI Scaling still needs work for 4 and 5, but if you use 1, 2, and 3, then you won't have any problems. Please report any bugs specific to these projects here so we can continue to support them.
