New Features:

• Translation support, with initial translations to Italian and German.
• Tooltips that explain what most settings do.
• Option to disable nebulas in custom dimensions that still use Overworld-like rendering.

Fixes:

• Completely reworked config screen to be much more robust, which fixes unexpected behaviour with apply and done buttons.
• Crash fixes with the screen narrator.
