GregTech Food Option (GTFO)

The "Yet Another Bugfixes" update! woohoo (I am progressively losing my sanity)

Fixes:

• A dupe involving Ammonium Chloride in the Purple Drink chain
• The EBO not properly cooling off in adaptive mode without any items
• A server crash involving particles
• A rare(?) crash involved with GTCEu 2.8.6
• The version is no longer @VERSION@ in log files

This update also adds a cool new Chinese Translation from @Tian_mi (thanks!) and a full breakfast tooltip after complaints that it was, in fact, not fully a full breakfast.

Still working on the kitchen... (it kind of works now? I guess?)
