Update: The Lord of the Dead Arrives & Ares Hotfix
The Big Three are gathering! The Child of Hades has risen from the Underworld to join the roster. This update also includes a critical fix for the Child of Ares.
💀 NEW ORIGIN: Child of Hades
Command the dead and strike fear into the living with this high-sustain, control-focused origin.
👑 Prince of the Underworld: You emit a terrifying aura. Undead creatures within 6 blocks are paralyzed with fear, receiving Slowness and Weakness.
🌘 Shadow Step: Dissolve into smoke and teleport instantly to your destination (Uses hunger).
👻 Soul Withering: Channel a beam of restless souls that deals Magic Damage and applies Wither to your target.
🥀 Touch of Decay: Your very touch rots the flesh. All your melee attacks apply the Wither effect.
🩸 Soul Harvest: You feed on death. Killing any living creature restores your Health and Hunger.
👁️ Eyes of the Underworld: You have permanent Night Vision in dark areas and the Nether.
☀️ Sun Sickness: The surface sun drains your necrotic energy. You become Slow and Weak when exposed to sunlight without a helmet.
🛠️ BUG FIXES
Child of Ares: Fixed a critical issue where the "Offensive Specialist" ability was incorrectly reducing damage to 0 even when the player was not holding a shield. You can now attack normally (as long as you don't equip a shield in your offhand!).
