[+] Items from the grave drop on the ground if the player's inventory is full

[+] The grave always spawns on the nearest solid block under the player if they die in the air

[+] The grave cannot be connected to a hopper

[+] When destroyed by an explosion or by the Wither, the grave is removed from data.yml and drops its contents
