Gravel Placers

initial release

features:

• adds gravel placers, a block that spawns in rivers

• gravel placers can be brushed for materials, which are raw metal nuggets and flint

• mining them with silk touch gives you the gravel placer (unless you already have slightly brushed it) and mining it with a fortune 3 shovel yields the same chances for good loot as brushing (lower levels have lower yield)

• two new raw metal nuggets: electrum and platinum (thus making the placers drop all metals that are "native" irl)

• electrum can be smelted into oreganized electrum

• electrum can be "eaten"

• platinum can be used as an early game way to repair items, since it's an universal repair item that doesn't cost exp to use and doesn't make future repairs/enchantments more expensive

• platinum repairs all damageable items for 1/8th their durability, unlike normal repair materials, which repair 1/4th
