Replaced ScalableLux, C2ME and Fast Noise with MoonRise.

Overall chunk loading time may rise if you travel really fast, but RAM & CPU usage would drop slightly.

Also, effiecency of MoonRise would make your CPU use less power when exploring new chunks.

If you are moving by elytra while having older CPU, you can use previous version, if you don't mind slight RAM usage increase. With my own Intel Core Ultra 7 265K I notice no problems even when playing vanilla.

MoonRise config pre-made, but slight changes may be done again soon.
