Add purely cosmetic gore effects in Minecraft Vanilla, such as blood on hit, bleedings on low HP, blood traces on the ground, bloody execution on enemy kill… PEGI 18 !

- blood traces are now spread with block_display entities, making them more consistent and various in shape and size
- blood traces no longer prevent block placement
- blood traces duration is now 15 -> 60 seconds
- blood trace option to disable the randomness of traces
