Adds several new types of Googun™ Goo that can be shot onto terrain, changing how you traverse the world! Inspired by Portal 2's Gels.

- made goo spouts rotational
- made the googun be able to take goo from anywhere in the inventory, not just offhand
- improved speedy goo speed boost (again)
- made bouncy goo slightly increase your horizontal speed when bouncing
- made the metal tiles less resistant to explosions and take longer to mine
- increased fabric loader version to 0.17.2
