Bugfixes:

-Fixed a bug that made HIM spawn in every dimension and not limited to certain ones he's supposed to spawn in.

-Adjusted the structure chances for Halls, Uncomformity and World.

-Adjusted certain structures for Here.

-Adjusted more spawn weights for structures that i forgot to mention - this update making certain structures more rare due to playtesting making it very easy to find certain exits.
