Goety - The Dark Arts

Fixes & Changes:

• Improved Heretic attacks, by making their chants more accurate, hit enemies in front instead of just the enemy, and increased area and damage of their fire blasts (damage requires their attack damage attribute config to be reset)

• Malefic Helms now give 5% Soul Discount, makes Witches, Warlocks, Reprobates, and other Cultists neutral, and causes newly converted Mavericks and Heretics to spawned as the player's servant.

• Improved loot tables for the Ruined Monasteries.
