• Fixed Cragstone Slab and Stairs not being mineable with pickaxes

• Fixed Ministers' staffs being broken by allied attack

• Fixed some variants of summons not giving player associated advancement.

• Reduced visual size of Surging Orbs.

• Tweaked Surging Focus' recipe to be a bit less expensive.

Additions:

• Wildfire advancement.

• Effect Tag on what effects cannot be applied to Liches.
