Goety - The Dark Arts

Fixes & Changes:

• Added configs that can revert some nerfs added to Apostle last update. All new configs can be found on goety-mobs.toml.

• Fixed the slow regeneration being implemented on Apostle when they are rendered invulnerable through Obsidian Monoliths.

• Fixed Warden and mobs that uses brain ai not targeting Obsidian Monoliths powering their Apostle target.

• Hard difficulty Apostle's magic resistance is now disabled. Can be re-enabled through goety-mobs.toml.

• Made Apostles with "the Terrible" and "the Glorious" title continuously give their associated effect to themselves instead of just giving the effect with infinite duration upon spawning.
