Non-arrow projectiles shot by players or allies should no longer hurt or hit a servant's servant (ie, Necromancer's Zombies).

Fixed Haunted Broom not being able to be enchanted with Enchanting Table.

Fixed Thunderstorm Spell not being put into cooldown when finished casting prematurely.

Fixed Maverick Servants being unable to be equipped with new Wicked Bolines by their owner.

Haunted Brooms now break Cobwebs like swords and gives experience (based on suggestion by @Engy)

Haunted Brooms now enter a cooldown when broken after colliding into a block at high speed.

Added new effect tag that prevents effects in them being removed when hit with Purify Buff/Debuff brews (based on suggestion by @Toastr125)

Improved Insight effect so that more experience is given on higher levels.
