Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed Steaming Focus not being craftable when loaded on a new world

• Fixed Black Beast and Stone Ministrosity not playing their attack animation if their attacks are blocked by shield.

• Fixed and adjust the Blackguard's visual hit effect y location.

• Adjusted Water Jet visual a bit to make it look better.
