A new focus that curses players with mining fatigue.
With this and Lazethyst, it's possible to create a field of mining fatigue to protect structures.
I also made some adjustments: -Using flint and steel on a Lazethyst block with an Owner, will remove the Owner, making the block target every non hostile mob and players.
Using a new item (creative only) triggers a flag in the block that allows it to recover SE in time, making it infinite.
