Go Bobber go!
New attribute added to Fishing rods called 'Power', this allows you to get a fishing rod that sends the bobber farther than normal.

The First edition adds:
- The power attribute: /give @s minecraft:fishing_rod{Power:X} Replace X with the power
- The main logic behind it. So the higher the power the farther the bobber flies.
