GameMode Permissions

This mod helps manage players' gamemode change permissions.

New commands and their permissions:
/gms - "gmperms.suvival.own"
/gma - "gmperms.adventure.own"
/gmc - "gmperms.creative.own"
/gmsp - "gmperms.spectator.own"

/gms <player> - "gmperms.suvival.other"
/gma <player> - "gmperms.adventure.other"
/gmc <player> - "gmperms.creative.other"
/gmsp <player> - "gmperms.spectator.other"
