Glow removes the Nether's glowstone blobs in favour of groups of large glowstone crystals which light up the Nether ceiling pleasantly, and provide a new danger with falling stalks of glowstone which explode when they hit the ground.

The glowstone prisms fall randomly at a slow pace, and the player can also use any projectile to destroy a prism and cause the blocks underneath it to fall.
