Glowberry (Cactus Mod Addon)

New features:

• Modified Cactus Macro system to support not only /commands but chat messages and #cactus commands, added trigger switch so you can switch from keybind to chat string trigger
• Started working on better waypoints system, its no finished but only needs the in game rendering.

Fixes:

• Revorked the auto disabling if incopatible mod is found and fixed for known incopatable mods.
