Ghostblocks

In general, I made changes that are helpful for me, and for anyone using this mod! I want to say before the patch notes, that I'm so thankful for all of the support across modrinth and curseforge (and even github!).

Changes from last release

• No longer refreshes resource packs unnecessarily
• Selecting a preset now saves the whole page
• When new features are added, the default value is selected instead of blank.

Dev changes from last release

• Refactored the entire Config.java class
