Large-scale Patch:
- Frame generation now works correctly even if the FPS is below half the monitor's refresh rate.
- The MEASU algorithm and temporal upscaling have been improved.
- The mod's settings have been completely reworked.
- The resolution for each preset was adjusted.
- Frame Generation now has two modes: one limited by the monitor's refresh rate and one without limits.
