- Fixed safe-preparation ability blocking accidentally disabling broad killer features such as killer shop access, killer instinct, and money HUD state.
- Fixed starting shop balances so killer and custom killer-shop roles get their opening money from their assigned role instead of a temporary ability-gated feature check.
- Fixed killer-only and civilian-only modifier assignment checks to respect assigned custom killer roles directly.
