- added several new spell components and the list spell signal type
- added caster armor
- got rid of most of the missing textures
- fixed octangulas not spawning with the spellmaker setpiece
- lots of spellmaker UI improvements
- lots of small quality improvements, like dispenser behaviors for molten gold and being able to strip soul oak logs and wood
