Anvil-restoring functionality of Alchemy Wand removed; it was buggy and didn't work right (it still works when converting between oxidized/deoxidized Copper however, as well as between Iron and Gold)
(note that Anvils can still be repaired in the inventory with one Iron Block per level of damage on the Anvil)
