- removed unnecessary code
- updated github gradle.properties to align with modrinth version label
- added windfavored state cooldown function and in-game hud bar
- added additional particle effects for the windfavored state
- simplified windfavored state particle ring spokes calculation
- added an additional internal ring to better match the visuals in Genshin
- reduced particle overall windfavored state particle size
- reduced the pitch of the sound event triggered when entering windfavored state
- fixed bug where, when activating windfavored state in creative mode, player would lose the ability to trigger normal creative mode flight without entering the windfavored state
- i probably forgot to list something else here, maybe i will edit it later if i can
