Very, very small update that fixes a couple things and adds one new mod.

• The config for Advanced Placements has been adjusted so the overtly long tooltips and startup message when joining a world/server are no longer present, however the mod is still in effect. Remember, you can place slabs and stairs vertically and can even place carpets and pressure plates on walls and ceilings!
• Added the “Vein Mining” mod that adds an enchantment specifically for mining ore veins. I like the idea of vein mining, but I didn’t want it to be available from the get-go. There are three levels of Vein Mining. Level 1 only mines 3 blocks in a vein, level 2 only mines 6 blocks in a vein, and level 3 mines 9 blocks in a vein. This stacks with the block you’re currently mining, meaning you break 4 blocks, 7 blocks, then 10 blocks with each level.
