GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• Mob Kill messages are now shorter; extra info now appears as a tooltip (?) instead of on-screen text
• Toggling Mob Kill Messages and Box Drops in the Shop menu now has sound and chat feedback
• Buying Coins from the P2W Store will now remove the equivalent amount from the World Bank

Fixes:

• Fixed Lootbox rolling animation occasionally showing the wrong item
• Mobkill Message should no longer show Looting coins despite the handheld weapon having no Looting enchantment
• Fixed Compacting Upgrade and Money Pouch being way too common in Slots Gambling
• Fixed GC Level Color menu Glow being wrong (Attempt #2)
• Duper will no longer show it's cooldown while the cooldown isn't active (GUI)
