GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• Moved the Mob Bounty event overlay to the bottom right
• Unlocking any Recipe and getting any Advancement should now grant GeneratorCraft XP (DEV NOTE: unsure how balanced this will be)
• There is now a World Config GUI (/gc_config), an easy way to configurate the mod's settings to your needs

Fixes:

• Fixed text in duper's gui
• Fixed Advancement order for placing Generators
