Changes:

• [Dev] Even more features now log their execution to the Minecraft log
• Added a Tutorial Book (given every time the player joins the world)
  • Currently disabled & not functional [TBD] (still in testing)

Fixes:

• Star button texture improvement
• Fixed timer in Bank Loan repaying timer
• Bank Loan repay failure will no longer cause negative coins
• Fixed Advertisement skip timer being 20x longer than it should be
