- Tweaked Permafrost placing and breaking sounds
- Added Permafrost variants to the adequate block tags
- Slightly increased temperature at which Permafrost may be generated and rate of generation
- Slightly increased temperature at which cold water freezes the player so that it applies consistently in Frozen Oceans
- Added Permafrost Dirt Paths (you have to click them thrice to fully path them)
