Gelaria

• Dark clouds now generate over the Eiwøric Wastes biome, darkening the entire biome and allowing Wither Skeletons to spawn on the surface
• Torches now unlight when placed in Gelaria (their hitbox will perfectly match vanilla torches in the next update)

Structures and their unique mobs and loot items are still in development, as is the feature of spawning a portal in Gelaria when entering it.
Reminder: make Penguins only spawn in Overworld Cold Deserts and not on Frozen Oceans
