Geckos is a mod that adds adorable and detailed geckos to your world, bringing a small but immersive companion experience.
They can be found in common biomes such as Forest, Plains, Savanna, and Desert, each with its own unique variation.

🦎 Taming

You can tame geckos using a dead fly obtained by killing a fly.

🌙 Behavior

Geckos sleep during the night and regenerate health while resting.
You can also make your gecko sleep by clicking on it.

🐾 Companion Feature

You can pick up your Gecko onto your shoulder or head by looking at it and pressing the assigned key. Geckos may also climb onto you on their own.

For a better first-person experience, it is recommended to use the First-Person Model mod.

📜 Gecko HUD

When looking at your Gecko, a panel will appear, allowing you to move your Gecko between your shoulder and head.

You can adjust the position of this screen if you wish.
