GameQuery

New features:

• Notification for when GameQuery opens or closes the port
• get_block query, which returns the block at a specified coordinate (in the same world as the player)
• Generic left_click query
• Generic right_click query
• select_slot query, makes the player select a specific slot by slot number
• hotbar query, returns a list of all items in the hotbar (the inventory query also includes the hotbar)
• open_container opens any container that is currently on the player's crosshair
• attack will attack (swing mainhand) at the entity on the player's crosshair
• shoot_bow will switch to the slot with a bow, aim at the target (coordinate target or entity target), calculate the angle, and then fire the arrow, doing a full 1.3-second drawing animation
