Gamemode Hardcore
Adds hardcore to the /gamemode command, also letting you set individual players to hardcore.

- The /gamemode command now includes an additional entry: hardcore.
- You can set individual players to hardcore mode, they will become spectators when they die. Other players are unaffected.
