Oops. Oops. Oops. Oops. Oops. More fixes!

• Game no longer gives network protocol error when opening navigator if statistic API data doesn't load somehow
• XP Info window visibility setting now works properly with "Enabled in Lobbies" and "Enabled in Games" settings
• XP Info window now displays today's XP with correct data when "Start Day at Quest Refresh" is enabled
• XP Info window's weekly vault no longer goes above max claims
• If "Use Own API Key" is enabled, but no API key is given, the error message given has been corrected

And one new... "Feature"... the settings menu is now split up by tabs per feature so it's less of a mess!
