-Fixed backpack magnet issue when more than one backpack with a magnet upgrade was placed in the world

• Fixed backpacks crashing when quick moving items into them when they were full
• Changed Passer Blocks to work with the Fabric Transfer API instead of Vanilla Storage so they now work with modded inventories
