command grammar 指令语法：
toggle <direction/mode> <up/down/fill/mining>
toggle direction up 或者 toggle mode fill
toggle direction up or toggle mode fill
指令主要为区块镐制作
区块镐在填充模式下挖掘方块会使用原先的方块填充区块
The command is made for the Chunk Pickaxe
Mining blocks in Fill Mode will fill the chunk with the original block
