FunniWeapons 1.5 - People-Pleaser's Arsenal

NEW CONTENT:
- Added the Harold Bat, a baseball bat which purifies enemies and has multiple damage-boosting Competences.
- Added the Karmic Staff, a magic long-range weapon which allows you to attack at a distance and heal.
CHANGES:
- Dragon's Fury fireball now sets targets on fire for 2 seconds only
- Mmmph crits now correctly only apply to Flamethrower damage
- Flamethrower now applies afterburn onto enemies while under crits
- Updated localization files
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed the lance's SFX volume
