NEW CONTENT:

• Added the Hope Cards, functioning as individual infinite sources of Truth Revolver ammunition: Truth Card, Absorb Card and Lie Card
• Added SFX for Roterstern's ult charge
• Added SFX for Gas Passer's charge

CHANGES:

• Tweaked Flamethrower's attack speed to fix being able to spam right-click for faster firing
• Made Flame projectiles slowly rise into the air
