FunniWeapons 1.5.1 - Karmic Staff Hotfix & Enchantments

NEW CONTENT:
- Added Avatar Life Stream, an enchantment which increases the amount of snap charge per hit.
- Reworked Ceaseless Charge, now increases the duration of Culling by 2 seconds per level, up to 9 seconds
- Added Kraken Impact, a Roterstern enchantment which increases the Culling HP threshold by 10%, up to 40%
- Added descriptions for Harold Bat effects
CHANGES:
- Karmic Staff can now only store 2 snaps
- Karmic Staff snap heal 4 - 7
- Karmic Staff +4 melee damage
- Updated localization files
BUG FIXES:
- Karmic Staff now displays in hand, hotbar and frame correctly
- Removed an unobtainable achievement
- Removed a redundant command pertaining to an unused mechanic
- Fixed Mmmph enchantment description to reflect previous change
