NEW CONTENT:

• Added the Delinquent's Daggers, a dual-wielded weapon, performing a circular attack every 3-hit combo
• Added the "Mmmph" Flamethrower enchantment, granting critical hits to user when fully charged and activated. Cannot be used with Airblast
• Added the "Vocabulary" Truth Revolver enchantment, reducing the amount of bullets spent
• Added the "Trigger Happy" Truth Revolver enchantment, increasing the fire rate
• Added the "Ceaseless Charge" Roterstern enchantment, giving bonus Absorption upon reload

CHANGES:

• Slightly increased Roterstern reload times to better align with the animation
• Reworked the Panic effect... again
• Gas Passer Explode on Ignite now explodes immediately on ignite instead of exploding after a tick of fire damage
• Updated the localization files

BUG FIXES:

• Fixed an exploit letting Dragon's Fury shorten other items' cooldowns

KNOWN BUGS:

• The Delinquent's Daggers animation may appear broken or not play at all. I don't think this is something within my control, unfortunately, but I'll look into fixing it.
