Various tweaks and fixes.
- Fixed swim speed in custom fluids
- Transitioned most bucket items to a simple tinted layered model, to bypass that weird pane effect on Neo's DynamicFluidContainer models
- Players no longer drown in cool lava, since they can't drown in vanilla lava
