Reworked slimeball tip to make the arrow bounce
Reworked prismarine shard fletching to make the arrow travel normally through water
Added diamond tip which greatly incrases arrow damage
Added brick tip which gives the arrow 5x gravity
Added nether quartz, gold nugget, and resin clumps as cosmetic tips
