Gameplay Additions

• Added many lore structure events
• Added the protected elytra, currently unobtainable computer went boom
• Made the tag checking system and conversions hopefully a little cleaner
• Added blocks obtainable in the near future, can use /give if wanted
• A small new event :3
• Could be more things I forgot to write the changelog as I go

Misc (resourcepack and datapack related stuff)

• Many and all events and things Skyboxx does are configurable via the config
• Grounded skyboxx now dissipates when looked at
