Optimization Update

• Updated to Fabric API version 0.145.4+26.1.1.
• Improved startup borderless behavior to avoid window state issues on launch.
• Fixed the restore/apply flow so borderless mode is applied more reliably after repeated launches.
• Added better handling for monitor name detection using real EDID / FriendlyName data instead of generic display names.
• Improved monitor label display in the config screen so users see actual monitor names instead of index numbers.
• Reworked monitor detection to read from Windows registry and WMI sources for more accurate results.
• Added safer suppression logic to prevent mixin conflicts from undoing borderless startup behavior.
• Cleaned up initialization so the window state is set at the correct point in the client startup process.
