NO_RENDERparticle tick eliminated — Particles of typeNO_RENDER(internal server-side particles) can have a nullSpriteProvider. In MC 1.21.11 the resultingNullPointerExceptionescaped thesafeParticleForEachguard because the restructured particle-tick pipeline (method_74282→class_11938) caused it to propagate past the narrowly-typedcatch (NullPointerException). The catch now coversExceptionbroadly, ande.toString()is logged instead ofe.getMessage()so exceptions with no message text are still reported correctly.
