• Added the Weighted Net
• Throw the net at a target to tether it from range
• Tethered targets are pulled back when they move too far away
• The tether no longer breaks from distance
• Right-click again to release the target
• Releasing a target applies the new Rope Burns effect
• Rope Burns slows affected targets temporarily
